For the most part, pregnant and breastfeeding women can follow the Treat COVID19 at home protocols found here and on my IG pages. But, there are some restrictions for pregnant women.
1-Ivermectin is contraindicated for PG women, but, HCQ is considered safe. Ask Your OB, or reach out to the docs on my Telemed list.
2-Taking Dr. Brownsteins High Dose 4 day vitamin protocols is contraindicated for PG women. But, you can take the Vitamin C 1000 mg every hour, if you OB agrees.

Povidone Iodine Nasal Spray
Early research shows that people can also use a simple povidone (PVP-I) solution in the form of a nasal spray or mouthwash to kill the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) before it has a chance to develop into a full COVID infection.
Antiseptic products containing PVP-I have proven effective against previous coronaviruses, such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS).
A povidone iodine solution has shown to reduce viral activity up to 99.99% against SARS-CoV-2 in in-vitro assays. Typically, it can work to destroy the virus that causes COVID-19 in 30 seconds or less.
A team of researchers conducted a study and discovered that, at concentrations of up to 1.25% in the nose and up to 2.5% in the mouth, a PVP-I solution is effective at killing the novel coronavirus.
They even suggest that "the use of PVP-I products can augment health and hygiene measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in the community."

Researchers at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine have found evidence that two types of mouthwash disrupt the COVID-19 virus under laboratory conditions, preventing it from replicating in a human cell.
The study, published in the journal Pathogens, found that Listerine and the prescription mouthwash Chlorhexidine disrupted the virus within seconds after being diluted to concentrations that would mimic actual use. Further studies are needed to test real-life efficacy in humans.

If/when you start experiencing diarrhea, you can stop the every hour routine, and return to regular dosing. That is called, ‘bowel tolerance’ and is harmless, but, you don’t want diarrhea to continue. So, go to regular dosing of Vitamin C at the sign of this symptom.

EVERY WAKEFUL HOUR
ON DAY ONE OF VIRUS:
If you want to start easy, just NEBULIZE 5ml of 0.9% Normal Saline initially, to get used to Nebulizing
