DIY 0.9 % Normal Saline

DIY 0.9% NORMAL SALINE (NS): 

NEVER USE TAP WATER!!! 

Mix:

• 1 cup DISTILLED water

• 1/2 teaspoon Celtic sea salt! (or any FINE Salt that is NOT iodized)

Strain any sediment through a paper towel or cheese cloth.

Keep in mason jar; Refrigerate for up to 1 month! 

Double or Triple Recipe As Needed
